6. Lifetime Warranty
PAIJE guarantees every piece against manufacturing defects for life. Our lifetime warranty covers:
- Prong tightening and re-tipping
- Rhodium re-plating (for white gold pieces)
- Structural integrity of settings and bands
Not covered: Normal wear and tear, loss, theft, damage from misuse or negligence, and damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
