The Diamond Industry Has a Problem

Traditional diamond mining moves 250+ tons of earth per carat extracted. It uses approximately 126 gallons of water per carat and produces 57kg of CO2 per polished carat. Communities are displaced. Ecosystems are destroyed. And the supply chain remains opaque.

Lab-grown diamonds change the equation entirely. Same crystal. Same beauty. Same hardness. But grown in weeks instead of billions of years — with a fraction of the environmental footprint.

Our Environmental Impact

Zero Earth Moved

Lab-grown diamonds require no land excavation, no open-pit mines, and no displacement of communities. The entire process happens in a facility the size of a warehouse.

Lab-grown diamonds use approximately 18 gallons of water per carat compared to 126 gallons for mined. Our partner facilities recycle and reclaim process water.

Carbon Neutral by 2026

PAIJE sources from facilities that run on renewable energy. We're committed to achieving full carbon-neutral certification across our supply chain by end of 2026.

Fully Traceable

Every PAIJE diamond can be traced from seed to setting. We know where each stone was grown, who cut it, and every hand it passed through. No guesswork. No middlemen.

Responsible Sourcing

Our metals are recycled. Our packaging is FSC-certified and plastic-free. Our diamonds are grown in facilities powered by renewable energy.

We partner with IGI — the world's largest independent gemological institute — to certify every diamond we sell. This means full transparency on origin, quality, and the 4Cs (carat, cut, color, clarity).
